Celebrate one of Philadelphia’s favorite modern summer traditions in the heart of the Historic District: Wawa Hoagie Day! Join thousands of locals and visitors to honor local heroes and enjoy a performance by VOICES OF SERVICE!

Free Wawa Shorti Hoagies will be served at noon on Arch Street between 5th and 6th Streets, followed by a free concert on Independence Mall featuring the U.S. Air Force Heritage of America Band.

Time: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Admission to the Center is free courtesy of Wawa.

OUR MISSION

CAMMO is a non-profit organization that elevates and empowers service members, veterans and military-connected families through music.

On stage, their musical performers include Voices of Service, American Military Spouses Choir, Donnie Isaacs, and CAMMO Kids have been in the spotlight on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” and at events around the world. 

Off stage, CAMMO provides music as therapy and music healing services that focus on the unique challenges of being a service member, veteran, or a family member. CAMMO is on the front lines of building a community for military music, creating opportunities for and mentoring musically gifted military members to join the music and entertainment industries.
